Dr. Scott Mooney joined Finger Lakes Radiology in July of 2010. He earned his medical degree from the New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. He completed his residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester. Dr. Mooney is a board certified in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology. He has also completed a fellowship in muskuloskeletal radiology at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
